The Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries were proud to present this year’s winner of the annual design competition for the CCI Graduate Show with a prize of £250 and a visit to the award-winning design studio I love Dust.

Students and Staff are invited to ‘Matter’ a spoken word workshop and scratch performance by award winning poet and former UK poetry champion, Deanna Rodger, on October 20th at 6pm in Eldon lecture room 1.09
Rupert Brun has over 35 years’ experience in audio engineering with the BBC. He has designed radio drama studios, created exciting new online experiences, managed the delivery of outside broadcast vehicles, play-out systems and broadcast infrastructure. He invented the BBC Radio 3 “HD Sound” streaming service and has taken radio beyond stereo, leading delivery of all the BBC Proms Concerts in
CCI is delighted to welcome to Portsmouth director Sasha Krane (nephew of the legendary acting teacher Lee Strasberg) and writer/producer Katharine McEwan, for a special screening of their film Solitary (shot on location in Portsmouth and Southsea), on Monday 2 March at 6pm in ELW 1.11. Admission free, including film-making masterclass.

BSc (Hons) Television and Broadcasting Students were commissioned by Dean Catherine Harper to create a short film high lighting the creative community thriving in Eldon building!
