Portsmouth Psych Fest 2019

The Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries invites University of Portsmouth staff and students to Portsmouth Psych Fest 2019. A music festival on Saturday 4 May, 12pm, in the Wedgewood Rooms + Edge of the Wedge. 

Promotional films for Portsmouth Psych Fest 2018 were produced by University of Portsmouth BA (Hons) Film Production and BSc (Hons) Television and Broadcasting students.

Taking place at Portsmouth’s musical home, The Wedgewood Rooms, Portsmouth, Psych Fest will return for a 3rd year and 2019 is set to be the festival’s biggest line up to date.  Spread across two stages showcasing established and emerging artists, the almighty Yak, very special guests The KVB, Snapped Ankles and rising nihilists Black Country, New Road are all set to play.

Other confirmed acts include Nice Biscuit, Los Bitchos, Sweaty Palms, Scalping, Sleep Eaters, GURU, Egyptian Blue, Japanese Television and Drusila as well as a promising array of local talent from Freya Beer to Number 9, The Howlers and Mystic Peach. With advance tickets on sale now for only £17, PPF is shaping up to be the South Coast’s best value new music festival.
