Chinese Embassy Visits CCI

The University of Portsmouth, Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries are thrilled to  have hosted guests, visiting from the Chinese Embassy.

On 22nd March, CCI welcomed Mr WANG Yongli, the Minister Counsellor of Education from the Chinese Embassy in London to the Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries.

Mr WANG, and Ms YU Haiying enjoyed visits to our interdisciplinary laboratory spaces, our VR Lab and MoCap Suite.

The guests also heard all about our cutting edge 4D research, led by Dr Hui YU, met with CCI placement students, and experienced the technology for himself.

This visit was a great opportunity for the faculty to continue to build the strong relationship we have with the Chinese Embassy, as well as showcase the incredible facilities, and student talent we have to offer.
