Illustration Students Work Commissioned for International Client

BA (Hons) Illustration students produced designs for the International Office to offer as gifts ‘made in Portsmouth’ to our international partners.

Students had to consider the practical necessities of travel and the designs had to be light and packaged appropriately. All the designs reflect the city, the university and our Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries. The final selection made by our marketing team in the International Office included gift cards, a long folded tabbed illustration, and a limited edition screen print.

Tutor Dr Maureen O’Neill said “Illustration students were really proud to produce work that will be used to promote the university and benefited from the experience of pricing up their work for a client.”

The winning students each received Amazon vouchers and a commission for further copies of their work. We can’t wait to see where they end up!
