Saudi Cultural Day Film Screenings

The University of Portsmouth, Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries are proud to host a series of short films, to celebrate a Saudi Cultural Day. 

The Saudi Society have arranged a Cultural Day to take place on Friday 9th March.

A series of short films which have been directed and produced by Saudi youth will be screened in Eldon Building, EW 1.10.

These films highlight the achievements of Saudi youth in the film industry.

There will be two screenings of the film, one at 1.30pm and another at 3.00pm.

There will be a small red carpet event in the Eldon Foyer prior to the first screening at 1.30pm.

Each screening will show five films: A colourful Life, The complaint, The Bliss of Being No One, Al-Qatt, and The Departures.

Both screenings are completely free to attend, and open to staff, students, and the public.
