Intensiv: Let’s Talk

The University of Portsmouth, Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries, is proud to host an event, run by a student created company, Intensiv

As part of their degree, seven Drama and Performance students have formed their own professional theatre company, Intensiv, aiming to harmonise gaming technology, with physical theatre, as illustrated in their motto ‘Get Connected, Get Physical, Get Intensiv’.

In order to raise money for their final project in May, Intensiv have set up a fundraising event entitled Let’s Talk, which will take place in the Eldon Foyer, on Thursday 8th February, between 7 and 9 pm.

Let’s Talk is an event that will host three speakers who are willing to share their thoughts on pressing events that they feel passionate about in society today.

Speakers will include students, as well as representatives from charities such as AURORA, a charity that gives safety, support, advocacy, and empowerment to survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence and suffering.

Intensiv is a company based on helping and educating others about current events, and as such created this event, aiming to incite open discussion about issues that are relevant an current in today’s society.
