On the 31st of January 2018, Creative Careers will host the first CCI Employability Day, offering incredible employment related opportunities, exclusively to Creative and Cultural Industries students!
The day will include an opening address by Mediacom, a keynote speech on careers in the Creative Industries, and a selection of skill sessions to choose from, including:
- Networking and Self-presentation
- CVs in the Creative Industries: an employers point of view
- Resilience to navigate the career wilderness
- The importance of your Intellectual Property
CCI Alumni will be in attendance, and taking part in an open Q&A, to discuss their experience in the creative industries, and offering insightful tips and advice to existing students.
An information fair will see a number of key creative industries employers, offering students the chance to speak directly with employers, and learn more about the opportunities they offer. Employers in attendance will include:

There will also be a LinkedIN photo booth, where you can take a professional photo for your LinkedIN account, helping you to build your profile, and appeal to potential employers.
A Meet the Employer event will allow students to speak directly with employers over canapes and drinks, an incredible opportunity for students to network, and build contacts, which may prove invaluable in the future.
