The University of Portsmouth is collaborating with Portsmouth Bookfest and Portsmouth Writers’ hub, to bring to CCI the Guide to Victorian Sex.
Aspex Gallery will host ‘Substance’ next March – a one-day event exploring artist’s books as an interactive art form presented by Dave Kirby. CCI is pleased to announce that Dr Maureen O’Neill and other University of Portsmouth staff will be taking part.

University of Portsmouth BA (Hons) English Literature alumna, Victoria Leslie, recently hosted the book launch for her latest debut novel Bodies of Water at Blackwell’s on Cambridge road on Saturday 4th June.
On Monday 7th December, Ben Piggott, (Commissioning Editor, Routledge) will be joining CCI to present a seminar on academic publishing in the performing arts. The seminar will take place in Eldon West, 1.10, and will start at 4.00 pm. Following this at 5.15 pm, Blackwells bookshop in Cambridge Road, will be hosting the launch of Ben Macpherson, Senior lecturer and
