Second year BSc (Hons) Television and Broadcasting student, Brooke Hockley, has been working closely with Sports and Recreation this year as a Cheerleading Coach contributing greatly to the local community outreach programme, UP for Sport.
Since November 2015 the Faculty of the Creative and Cultural Industries came together with Pompey Ladies football team. A group of BSc (Hons) Television & Broadcasting students were offered the chance to film most of their home games this season, creating highlights packages each week for Pompey Ladies to use for promotion.
