On Wednesday 09 July 2014 two postgraduate students and five Brazilian ‘Science Without Borders’ undergraduate students working with staff from the University of Portsmouth School of Architecture Project Office spent a day with the senior management team at The Sustainability Centre near East Meon in Hampshire.
Dartmoor Arts Project is awarding bursaries to Fine Art & Architecture students to take part in our 10th annual summer school this July. The school brings together over 120 student and professional artists, architects and makers for a brilliant week of in-depth creative practice plus a programme of talks by leading contemporary artists.
The School of Architecture, in the Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries, will be sending a total of 16 students and graduates on placements throughout Europe in the upcoming summer.

After months of meticulous planning, it has all come down to the final week before members of SPUD Youth unveil the proposed plans to Winchester City Council for the design idea of a new cycle café which is intended to be located on the disused railway bridge, off Garnier Road and below St Catherine’s Hill.
The first Enterprise Showcase, organised by the Student and Graduate Enterprise Team, recognised the entrepreneurial achievements of students, graduates, and staff at the University of Portsmouth.
University of Portsmouth’s final year student Georgia Hamilton who is studying BA (Hons) Interior Architecture and Design is undertaking a collaborative project with fellow second year student, Hannah Mitchell, who is currently studying BA (Hons) Fashion and Textiles.
