About the Graduate Design Engineering Program:
You will be brought into an area of Design and given opportunities to help you build on the knowledge and skills you gained in your Design degree. The work is challenging, interesting and varied, and provides opportunities to build relationships on an international level. From day one, you will be doing a real role with real responsibilities. There are a number of areas within the Dunton Design Studio including:

Vehicle Design
CAD Design
Milling
ALIAS Modelling
Clay Modelling
Testing, Measurement, Evaluation and Verification

This recruitment campaign is for opportunities within the Clay Modelling Team.

It’s a global team, so you may be required to travel to any Ford location worldwide. Our Dunton centre is at the forefront of developing Commercial Vehicles, including the current International Van of the Year Transit, alongside gasoline and diesel products that improve fuel economy while reducing CO2, such as the current International Engine of the Year, Ford’s class-leading 1.0L EcoBoost.
Person requirements:

• A design degree, with ideally no more than two years relevant Design experience, not including sandwich courses or business placements.
• The ability to communicate clearly in writing, over the phone and face to face
• Strong team working and leadership skills
• A Design portfolio
